I bet that heading got your attention.  It’s true, for the whole of the month of March, we will not be charging any Class Fees, all you will pay for is your class kit.  That’s a saving of $15 per class, what a great excuse to book into a few classes and save money.

Make sure you head to the class calender on our web site to see what classes are available.

New Gallery Additions and class sneak peaks

Here it is ladies, the inspiration you have been looking for.  We know it’s been awhile in the making, but we have now updated our Gallery to include all the beautiful new layouts that you see around the shop when you visit.

Galleries are a great place to browse through when you just can’t think of the right way to start a page.  You usually find once you scraplift that first idea the rest of the page just falls into place.  Sometimes you love the page so much you take the whole idea, other times its just a technique or a single idea that jumps off the page at you.  However, you like to use the gallery, we hope you enjoy our new additions and hopefully they will give you some inspiration.

Also we know that some of you like to see what the page looks like when booking into a class on line, so we have now added a sneak peak.  Whilst it is not the whole page we hope that it will provide you with a better idea of what the class is about.

Scrap your Crap – Scrapping on a budget

p7160057Well, we have held our first Scrap your Crap class and it was a great success.  I think all the ladies enjoyed bringing in thier scrap papers and half used embellishments to complete a project.  In these times we all still want to be able to do our craft, but less face it, we probably all need to do it on a budget and what better way than to use up all those half used bits and pieces you have laying around in your stash.

We have decided to run a second Scrap your Crap day on Saturday September 26th from 10.30am to 3.30pm.  On the day we will have approximately 10 – 12 sketches with completed layouts on display as ideas for you, and we will be here to help you tweak your pages to make them just right for you.  So all you do is come along with all your own supplies and scrap as many or as few pages as you like.  The day will cost $20 and this fee will include a pizza lunch.

What a great way to get some pages done and have a good long gossip with your friends.  So get a few friends together and come along for a fun day out.

Card Ideas

dsc_0074Each month Anne-Marie runs a card class, usually on the second Saturday of the month, however, it does sometimes change so if you are interested make sure you check the class section of our web site for the exact date.  The cards pictured are from the June class and were made from a Basic Grey card kit.

If at any time you love the cards on display, but can’t make the class, you can reserve your kit from the ones that are remaining after the class  has run, so don’t be shy, always make sure you ask if you’re interested in any of the card  kits.  There are currently still a few available from last months class, so if you are interested just ask one of our friendly staff.
